Not at all! The Aerodraw is specifically engineered for kid safety. It uses an innovative low-heat technology (around 35°C), meaning the plastic comes out warm, but never burning. Kids can safely touch the nozzle and the filament directly with their fingers.

One roll of filament provides approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of continuous 3D drawing fun!

We strongly advise against it. Traditional filaments like PLA or ABS require extremely high temperatures (around 200°C) to melt. Because Aerodraw is a safe, low-heat pen (max internal temp of 60°C), it will not melt those standard plastics, which will cause permanent blockages in your pen. Please only use Aerodraw's low-heat, non-toxic PCL filaments.

We recommend Aerodraw for kids aged 6 and up for completely independent use. However, with a little help from parents, younger children can also enjoy the magic of 3D creation!
